Want to make a change to the outside of your house or property? You've come to the right place. Download the Architectural Improvement Application, assemble a complete application, and email it to the Architectural Control Committee Chairperson (email listed on the Application) for review. 
Importantly, you must comply with both the Christian Hills Deed Restrictions and the City of Rochester Hills Building Ordinances.
